Rear Admiral Daniel Dwyer, Alameda native, to visit the USS Hornet on Feb 11th, 2020 at 3:30 PM and give a presentation on the future of naval aviation.
He graduated in 1988 from the California Maritime Academy where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation and a third mate’s license in the U.S. Merchant Marine. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island, and hold’s master’s degrees in Foreign Affairs and Strategic Studies, and Computer Information Science.
RDML Dwyer has a long career in the Navy and is currently the Chief of Naval Air training (CNATRA).
The presentation will be open to all guests of the USS Hornet (with regular admission).
