Christina Rodriguez is an accomplished design strategist and operations leader recognized for redefining operational excellence through a user-centric approach. Born in Sacramento,
California, she earned a degree in International Relations from Sacramento State before embarking on a diverse career spanning events, non-profits, and donor-advised funds
before finding her true passion in Design Operations.
Her interest in Design Operations emerged as she discovered the intersection of complex operational programs and the creative process. To deepen her expertise, Christina pursued
an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts, equipping her with the ability to bridge innovation, business, and design.
With a decade of experience in design, Christina has led initiatives in money coaching, consulted for a diabetic device design team, and developed community partnerships,
including homeless assistance programs with the Glide Memorial Foundation.
She has leveraged her strategic mindset to help organizations scale, implementing cross-functional processes with a systems-thinking approach. While maintaining a people-first mindset, she emphasizes deep collaboration and empathy to drive alignment and achieve shared goals. She brings this to life through the power of facilitation, ensuring teams work
cohesively to create meaningful impact.
Outside of work, you can find Christina wandering the Bay’s hidden gems, singing her heart out at concerts, and throwing epic themed parties with friends.
