The USS Hornet will be open on Monday, May 31st.

Please join the USS Hornet as we observe Memorial Day. We are working to create a safe event for our guests:

1. We will have a short, socially distanced Memorial Day Ceremony & Wreath Toss. This ceremony will start at 11 AM. Color Guard will be AFROTC volunteers.
2. Swingin’ Blue Stars will be singing on the Pier so you can listen as you enter the Museum (From 12:30-1:30)
3. We will have a few vendors on the Pier-including the California Historical Radio Society who will have Vintage Radios for sale www.chrsradio.com
4. Our partners the Walking Ghosts of Black History will be creating a small exhibit in the Hangar Bay spotlighting Naval Aviator Pioneer Jesse Brown (all day). (Revised to fix misspelling).
